They are thorough, professional, and ease any anxieties I may have whenever there's a problem.  All of the other staff that I interact with have treated me personally and courteously.  I have been attending this facility since 2008 when I broke my leg in two places and healed in almost record time.  You know a surgeon is fantastic and compassionate at what he does when other medical professionals ask, "who did your surgery?" "It's so neat!"
