Dr. Mukherjee is a fellowship trained ABPM and ACPM double board certified and ABFAS foot and rearfoot/ankle board qualified Foot and Ankle surgeon. He specializes in foot & ankle trauma and reconstructive surgery. He provides comprehensive care of the forefoot, midfoot, and ankle in pediatric, adolescent, and adults patients.
Dr. Mukherjee leads with respect, empathy, and genuine kindness. He believes that being an active listener and taking the time to understand the patient's problems is of the utmost importance. He provides a variety of conservative and surgical treatment plans. Dr. Mukherjee utilizes anti-inflammatory medications, therapeutic injections, physical/occupational therapies, bracing, splinting, and taping, to name a few of his conservative treatments. Surgery is the treatment of last resort, and if needed, Dr. Mukherjee has the highly specialized training and experience to care for your foot and ankle needs.
Outside of work, Dr. Mukherjee enjoys spending time with his family, staying active playing sports, traveling, and trying new foods.
